Course Description

This workshop has been designed to enable explore the use of a Kanban system to support teams with the delivery of products or services.

The course has been designed to be delivered virtually as a live and interactive session. It is therefore recommended that delegates are comfortable working with technology to enable them to engage with the other delegates and the trainer.

The course is best delivered over the course of 2 half-day virtual workshops. However can alternatively be delivered as a full-day virtual workshop, with additional breaks.
