Course Description

The course is a 2-day interactive event during which attendees will be given an insight into Lean Sigma and the key factors, which should be in place to make the implementation a success. It is an opportunity to step back, take the time to consider what they want to achieve, and commence building a plan around this.

To enable and sustain change, there is a need to create a framework in which people can work within and are rewarded for delivering improvements.

The course enables the attendees to develop the framework, whilst equipping them with change management skills to drive forward a continuous improvement culture.

The course will more than pay for itself as you will decide firstly is Lean Sigma is the right approach for your organization at this time, and if not then you will save money and time in trying to deploy this but if it is right then the course will give your skills and framework needed for a successful lean sigma deployment.
