Everyone has the right to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect at work. But unfortunately, it's not always something we can take for granted.
The reality is that many people encounter negative behaviors - like harassment and bullying - that undermine dignity at work.
Left unchecked these can erode people's morale and commitment and have a serious impact on their performance.
