Course Description
An interactive workshop-style course with discussion and exercises to understand and apply the concept of enterprise agility promoted by AgileSHIFT.
Target audience
Any Level, however well suited to Senior Management levels.
Course objectives
By the end of this course, the learner will be able to describe the purpose of AgileShift and the context it relates to, and how to create an environment of enterprise agility. They will also be able to list and describe the AgileSHIFT framework, including Principles, roles, and practices. This will be achieved by an examination held at the end of the second day, comprising a closed book multiple choice paper of 33 questions taken over 45 minutes.
