This course is designed for teams where files, links, channels and versions have become inconsistent enough to create duplication or confusion. Participants build a practical user-level collaboration model: when OneDrive is appropriate, when shared SharePoint or Teams locations are the better home, how sharing and coauthoring fit into the workflow, and what naming, version and ownership habits reduce avoidable friction.
The day then connects those file practices to Teams channels, meetings and shared working. Participants diagnose realistic duplicate/access problems, design a channel-and-file pattern and turn the decisions into a team collaboration working agreement.
