Microsoft 365 Copilot for Business Users

This is a capability course, not a features tour. Participants use Copilot on real, everyday work — prompting well, applying it across the apps that matter most to their roles, and building practical workflows they’ll keep using. It also teaches a durable mental model that outlasts any feature change: Copilot having access to content does not guarantee the answer is complete, current or correctly interpreted, so verifying output becomes a habit rather than an afterthought.

To keep one day genuinely useful rather than rushed, the client selects two or three priority applications before delivery. Everyone leaves with a personal Copilot workflow card — three approved use cases, each with a reusable prompt, a verification step, the data it needs, and a clear “don’t use Copilot when…” boundary.
