This course is about leading adoption, not individual prompting — it complements Copilot for Business Users rather than repeating it. The day opens with a short guided usage baseline so everyone shares a working foundation, then focuses on the manager’s real job: finding and qualifying the use cases worth pursuing, modeling responsible use, and navigating the habits and resistance that decide whether a rollout sticks.
It treats use-case selection as a repeatable method, not a brainstorm — scoring candidates on value, risk, data sensitivity, verification burden and readiness. Governance is covered at awareness level so managers know what to raise with IT and security. Participants leave with a 30-day team adoption experiment: one workflow, target users, expected benefit, safeguards, support actions and success measures.
