Building Resilience for the Workplace

Building Resilience for the Workplace treats resilience as an adaptive workplace capability, not a diagnosis, treatment or clinical outcome. Participants learn to identify pressure patterns and separate what is within their control, what they can influence and what sits outside both, then select proportionate workplace responses.

The half-day format focuses on practical pause, prioritization, recovery and boundary habits, together with knowing when appropriate support or escalation is needed. Participants rehearse a boundary/support conversation and finish with a Personal Workplace Resilience Plan.
