Time Management and Personal Productivity

Time Management and Personal Productivity is a practical half-day course about prioritization, focus, interruptions and sustainable personal working routines. Participants start by mapping where time goes in a real working week, then use value and consequence to make trade-offs rather than treating every demand as equally urgent.

The course converts those priorities into realistic day/week plans and simple rules for messages, meetings and interruptions. Participants also design review and boundary habits, then finish by creating a one-week productivity experiment.
