Process Mapping and Improvement

This course builds a genuinely useful, everyday skill: mapping how work actually happens, finding the pain points, and designing the business process improvements people will adopt. It uses accessible notation rather than heavy methodology, and validates the map with the people who do the work — because a process map is only useful if it is true. It is offered in two formats: a one-day Standard edition that builds the capability on a realistic process, and a two-day Client Process Lab edition that adds a facilitated lab on one of your own processes.
