Power BI Data Analyst Exam Readiness is for experienced Power BI users who already have practical capability and now want to prepare systematically against the skills measured in the Microsoft PL-300 exam. The course begins with an experience questionnaire and practical diagnostic so gaps can be separated into knowledge, application and exam-technique issues rather than treating every participant as a beginner.
The three-day standard works across the current skills framework: preparing data, modeling data, creating and analyzing reports, and managing and securing Power BI content. Participants work through targeted Power Query, modeling, DAX, report, workspace, refresh, access, RLS and sensitivity-label scenarios, then use mixed-domain practice to build a final readiness plan. A two-day accelerated option is available only when a strong diagnostic result shows broad existing coverage and limited gaps.
